Sawyer Memorial Stadium. Last year the J.F. Shields Panthers finished with an overall record of 0-10 and in seventh place in Class 1A region one. The Panthers closed out the regular season with a loss to Wilcox Central by a score of 51-10. J.U. Blacksher and J.F. Shields have met a total of 20 times on the football field. The Bulldogs have a 14-6-0 record against the Panthers. They last met in 2022 with J.U. Blacksher winning by a score of 50-0. J.U. Blacksher lost 2A All-State punter Daniel Kirchharr to graduation.
